Who processes your data
Fit2010, Rue Saint-Pierre 8, 1700 Fribourg, is responsible for processing the data collected on this website and in its clubs. For any question, write to fit2010@bluewin.ch or call 079 869 70 66.
What we collect
When you join: first name, surname, postal address, email address, telephone number and date of birth. This information is needed to draw up the contract and the invoices.
During the membership: signed contract, invoice and payment history, exchanges with the team.
On the website: no behavioural analytics, no advertising trackers. Only a session cookie is set when you log in to your member area; it disappears when you close the browser.
What they are used for
To manage your membership, issue invoices, reach you when needed and meet accounting obligations. Nothing else.
Who has access
The Fit2010 team, only as far as their work requires. Card payments are handled by Stripe, whose servers meet industry security requirements: no card data passes through or is stored on our systems. The website is hosted by Infomaniak, in Switzerland.
No data is sold, rented or passed on for advertising purposes.
For how long
Contract data is kept for the duration of the membership, then ten years for accounting documents, in accordance with Swiss law. Messages sent through the contact form are deleted after two years. Technical logs are purged automatically.
Your rights
You may at any time request access to your data, its correction or deletion, or object to processing. Some of these actions can be carried out directly from your member area; for the rest, write to fit2010@bluewin.ch. We reply within thirty days.
You may also contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are never readable, including by us. Access to the administration area is restricted to team members.
