Yes. The minimum term is twelve months from the date of registration. After that, the contract renews tacitly from year to year. To end it, you must cancel in writing — letter, registered letter or email — at the latest 30 days before the expiry date.

Yes, at no extra cost. Your card opens both clubs during their respective opening hours: Fribourg 24/7 and Neuchâtel 06:00–23:00. Many members train near work during the week and near home at weekends.

With the membership card you receive when you sign up, you can access each club during its opening hours: Fribourg 24/7 and Neuchâtel 06:00–23:00. Reception is staffed only a few hours a week.

No. Come whenever you like, without booking, without a session quota and without a time limit per visit.

Generally early morning and mid-afternoon. The end of the day, between 5 and 8 pm, remains the busiest period at both clubs.

Two options: CHF 468.– for the year in one payment, or CHF 39.– per month by bank or postal standing order, or by card. The CHF 45.– registration fee is due on signature.

A trial session costs CHF 20.–. If you take out a membership afterwards, that amount is refunded. The least risky way to see whether the club suits you.

An individual programme is drawn up when you join, based on your level and your goal. For ongoing support, a session with a personal trainer costs CHF 45.–, by appointment.

Yes, gift vouchers are available at reception in both clubs, during office hours. The amount is up to you.

No. The membership is personal and issued in your name, and the membership card cannot be passed to anyone else.

You continue to pay the monthly instalments, but the time lost is credited to you: hand in your membership card at reception together with a medical certificate or marching orders, no later than one month after the absence begins.
